Autoresponder - Use Listwire, broadcasts and followups.

If you have a little money
Domain - Get a .info domain
Hosting - Sign up with hostgator
Autoresponder - Use Listwire, broadcasts and followups.

If you have a moderate amount of consistent money
Domain - Get a .com domain
Hosting - Sign up with bluehost
Autoresponder - Use Aweber for your autoresponder

For extras that will make this produce much more
Use Google adsense.
